Marla Rosoff Eskin is a member in the firm's Wilmington, Delaware office. Ms. Eskin's practice is currently focused on the representation of Section 524(g) asbestos settlement trusts and creditors' committees in mass tort bankruptcies, as well as representing both plaintiff and defendants in avoidance actions. Ms. Eskin also has considerable complex litigation experience in toxic torts, having tried numerous asbestos cases with jury verdicts in excess of one million dollars.

Ms. Eskin, a 1990 graduate of Temple University School of Law, is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Delaware, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Campbell & Levine, Ms. Eskin was a member of the Board at Jacobs & Crumplar, P.C., where her practice focused on mass tort litigation.

Ms. Eskin has been a member of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation since 2003. Ms. Eskin was a member of the Delaware Inns of Court and is presently a member of the Delaware Bankruptcy Inns of Court. She is also a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.

Ms. Eskin has served on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, holding the positions of Continuing Legal Education Co-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. In addition, Ms. Eskin held positions on the Publications Committee, Technology and Law Committee and National Student Trial Advocacy Committee. A recipient of the 2001 American Trial Lawyers Association Weidemann and Wysocki Award, Ms. Eskin has represented the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association in the Combined Campaign for Justice, which raises funds for Delaware 's agencies providing free legal services for the indigent. Ms. Eskin is a member of the Women's Law Caucus of the American Trial Lawyers Association and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the New Lawyers Section of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
