In 2006, Campbell & Levine was retained as general counsel for the Babcock & Wilcox Asbestos PI Trust, a trust formed under Section 524(g) of the Bankruptcy Code, to satisfy all current and future asbestos personal injury claims against the former debtor. This experience led to the firm's engagement by other Section 524(g) Trust, some with assets in excess $1 billion. |

In addition to Babcock & Wilcox Asbestos PI Trust, the firm currently represents the Owens Corning/Fibreboard Asbestos Personal Injury Trust, USG Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust, C.E. Thurston & Sons Asbestos Trust, H.K. Porter Asbestos Trust, and the Porter-Hayden Bodily Injury Trust. |
