In connection with the Chapter 11 filing of Allegheny International, Inc., in the late 1980's, Campbell & Levine represented the Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Sunbeam Corporation in connection with the negotiation of a 100% plan. The firm also represented the Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the case of David Weis Wholesaler Jewelers, Inc. (a southwestern Pennsylvania regional jewelry store chain). |

Campbell & Levine has also represented numerous retailers in Chapter 11, including National Record Mart (a national distributor of pre-recorded entertainment), and Pittsburgh Cut Flower Co. (in a reorganizing case for a flower wholesaler). |
