Beginning in the early 1980's, with the cases of Mesta Machine Company and Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation, Campbell & Levine has been active in virtually every major industrial bankruptcy filed in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
The firm represented the debtor-in-possession in the first case for Sharon Steel Corporation, as well as the debtor-in-possession in other cases including: Susquehanna Steel Corporation, U.S. Metalsource, Inc., WorldClass Processing, Inc., Concord Steel, AG Industries (Acutus Gladwin), Miller Centrifugal Casting Co., Inc., Oakmont Steel, Inc., and Commercial Steel Corporation -- in which reorganizing plans were confirmed. It also served as co-counsel to the Committee of Unsecured Creditors of the Weirton Steel Company in the Northern District of West Virginia.
In the Northern District of West Virginia, Campbell & Levine also successfully represented Anker Coal Company in its Chapter 11 reorganization. |
