Kenneth L. Dorsney joined Campbell & Levine, LLC as an associate in the Wilmington office in 2008. Mr. Dorsney concentrates his practice on Section 524(g) asbestos settlement trusts, mass tort bankruptcies, preference actions, and patent litigation.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Dorsney previously served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan, U.S. District Court, District of Delaware and as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Mary Pat Thynge, U.S. District Court, District of Delaware.

Mr. Dorsney attended the University of Delaware as an undergraduate where he earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice and B.M.E. in Mechanical Engineering. He was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1998, the District of Delaware in 1999, and the District of Columbia in 2004. He is registered to practice as a patent attorney before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and is a member of the Delaware and American Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
